    “Elite Synchro Camp is a Artistic Swimming Camp with Olympic Athletes, born from a simple idea: to give all athletes who grew up in small communities the opportunity to enjoy a learning experience alongside Olympic athletes, national team champions, and professionals from the aquatics and science worlds. An experience where they can have fun and learn the values ​​of sport, growing as athletes and as people. Our method is based on Education, Training, Science, and Fun.

    • Training at the Artistic Swimming Camp is category specific
    • The Coaches they are all champions and/or graduates
    • The Artistic Swimming Camp has limited places available.
    • Every aspect of the Camp is handled by a specialist: technique, athletic preparation, nutrition, psychology, breathing, and education.

    • The technical and choreographic training is taken care of by our Olympic coaches Elisa Bozzo e Costanza Di Camillo.
    • Athletic training out of the water is followed by Valentina Rovetta, former Olympic champion in rhythmic gymnastics with a degree in motor sciences.
    • We coordinate dry land work with water work to improve coordination, mobility, and strength.

    • Sports Nutrition
      Let's tackle the topic of nutrition in Synchronized Swimming: let's dispel the most common myths and talk about what to eat before competition, after a day at school, and before and after training. The goal is to encourage a serene and conscious relationship with food, enhancing its importance not for aesthetic purposes, but for psycho-physical well-being.

    • Sports Psychology
      Our psychologist, along with the champions of the synchronized swimming camp, shares strategies for dealing with competition: from the positive and negative aspects of stress, to managing emotions, to how to overcome difficult moments in an athlete's life.

    • Breathing Techniques
      We offer specific breathing exercises for Synchronized Swimming, useful for recovering after training, managing anxiety and stress, and improving performance.
