SUMMER CAMP REGULATIONS

Atletes

During the Summer Camp, minors may leave the Residence/Hotel and the training areas only with their parents or with authorized persons, following a written declaration from their parents. During the camp activities, however, they will be under the care of the organizational staff and will be subject to such.

The same rules apply to adult athletes: during the camp, internal rules such as timetables, curfew and basic behavioral rules are followed. Anyone who does not respect them can be removed.

For registered minor athletes without a telephone, the staff is available at any time while the coaches will be available only by telephone appointment.

The purpose of the camp is social first of all, so we always try to make our athletes grow as people. Without mistakes you don't grow so regardless of the strict regulation by necessity, we try to teach them to behave like champions even out of the water.

Rules of conduct

During their stay, all athletes are required to behave in a correct and respectful manner, both towards other participants and towards all the staff involved.

Athletes must listen and follow the instructions provided by the staff.

Athletes must not intentionally cause or attempt to cause physical or moral harm to other participants, staff or any customers of the facilities that host us.

Athletes must treat their equipment with care and respect the training locations without causing damage to the environments in which they will stay and train.

Any damages caused by participants will be charged to them (if adults) or to their families and paid by the end of the Camp.

Elite Aquatics is not responsible for documents, money or valuables forgotten, lost or left unattended during the stay at the camp.

In the event of serious breaches, Elite Aquatics, in the form of its representatives, will be forced to remove registered athletes after having notified any parents/guardians and ensured that the participant remains safe during the removal phase.

Refunds

La Deposit paid as confirmation of the athlete's registration is non-refundable in no case, except in the case of a documented call-up to the youth national team.

The Balance to be paid by June 1st can only be refunded for:

  • Athlete replacement.
  • Documented call-up to the youth national team.
  • In the event of injury or illness of a registered athlete: if the balance has already been paid, the camp can be postponed to the following week (if still available); otherwise, only the balance will be refunded, but not the deposit.

The refund is net of: bank transfer fees, PayPal electronic payment fees, and currency exchange fees.

Any registered athlete who leaves the camp before its conclusion, whether by choice or due to injury or other reasons, is not entitled to a partial refund of the fee.

Athletes who register by falsifying their age will not be entitled to a refund and will be removed from the camp after contacting a parent.

The fee is not refundable because, since the camp has limited enrollment, the cancellation of one athlete precludes the participation of another. Once registration is confirmed, Elite Aquatics SSD a RL incurs expenses prior to the athlete's arrival, which would be forfeited in the event of a cancellation. Every year we experience a small number of cancellations, so we always try to find a way to accommodate our athletes and their families. Common sense always prevails.

Camp Cancellation

For reasons beyond its control, Elite Aquatics SSD a RL reserves the right to cancel the camp, at least 10 days before the start. The deposit and balance paid, in this case, will be returned in full via bank transfer.

IS IT NECESSARY TO PLAY SPORTS OR IS IT POSSIBLE TO PARTICIPATE EVEN FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NEVER PLAYED?

Our camp is aimed at developing athletes, even if there is no minimum entry skill required, it is however necessary for athletes to have at least some basics of water polo, swimming or synchronized swimming. An essential requirement is a valid medical certificate.
